AF help

I have AF and am on a bucket load of medication to keep me in sinus rhythm. I’m ok but do feel different to my normal self. I follow other’s stories about their AF issues and many of you mention an AF nurse? I was discharge from hospital and have a check up once a year and occasional blood tests. I would love an AF nurse or someone to discuss different related health issues, but feel very alone and isolated especially during this current time. Does anyone have any suggestions?? Thanks
