Cardiac rehab

Hi Everyone, I've not been on for a couple of weeks. Just a brief recap and update and to say hello to you all. I had a replacement tricuspid valve and surprise ppm in June.

I'm still doing well with my jogging and walking, just waiting now for some cardiac rehab to begin (over telephone at first and then at a local gym) to work safely on my upper body again.

Trying hard to keep up a nice healthy diet. Do feel free to say hello or ask questions, I've found this such a useful platform myself, I'm very glad to help anyone else if I can

Thanks Corn, I've spoken to a couple of nurses and done my shuttle walk test and they're all just lovely down to earth people. I'm very lucky, I know a lot of classes have been online during the pandemic
