I tried to read this. I am not sure if it is serious. I don’t feel any faint. Is it normal sinus rhythm? I noticed when I felt my heart beat fast while I slept. I see the small percentage of tachycardia and bradycardia at night time.
Should I go for more test?

It looks good to me, but that tells you nothing. Who did or ordered the tests? That is who you need to ask.
I will see my cardiologist on Monday. I will make sure to ask him everything what I need to know. However I have a LBBB . That’s why I’m trying to see what’s going on.
Good luck on Monday. I have LBBB too, but can't find out much about it. Seems to be fairly common among the people I know.
How long do you have lbbb?
I was diagnosed in October 2019, but I don't know how long I had had it. Although I was told that I had severe heart failure with it, I was not aware of any problems, and went on a walking holiday in the alps shortly after.
