Any optician will do an eye test, you may have to pay, depending on your circumstances.

Eye tests are carried out at opticians for around £25 if you do not qualify for free Eye tests. There are many on the high street such as specsavers, boots, vision express and independents. As Michael asked, is this person here illegally?

UK? and is the person you are helping in the UK? If so you don't need proof of anything to get an eye test. Just go to Boots eyecare or any high strees optician and make an appointment.
