My heart rate right now is 53, after sitting around for half an hour. That's on the high side of normal for me, normal is in the mid 40s. I can see a pulse, the fabric at the front of my t-shirt moves. It's not where my heart is (although my boobs cover my heart, I think?) it's a little below. My heart doesn't feel different or weird, and I'm in good health, I think, I can run a half marathon if I need to and I eat reasonably well. This has happened before.
Should I be concerned? I tried to google "I can see my pulse in my chest" and only got things about palpitations, racing heart etc. I don't think my heart is racing though, and it's not feeling fluttery so it doesn't make me think it's a palpitation.
Thanks in advance.

These are odd feelings are they not? I can think of several reasons, to so with body shape, clothing, air flow etc. Experiment a little. I find at some heartrates there is even some kind of resonance and my whole chest vibrates.
