I’ve been taking Ranexa. 8 months after a triple bypass I had an “episode” had my grafts checked out all ok. It seems I have a fourth artery that really required bypass or stent but it was decided it was too thin for work. Decided to use meds instead hence Ranexa. Up to the episode I felt great. Travelled about USA no problem. Since starting Ranexa all energy levels have dropped. Alternative is amlodopine but it just drains the life out of me. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks.
