Thank you to everyone for your comments and support. We arrived in Milton Keynes after starting in Aylesbury this morning. We stopped for some tea in Leighton Buzzard where we met some old friends, then carried on along the canal to Fenny Stratford, where we were met by Ruby's brother and niece who kindly took us to the hotel, we are meeting them (Mike and Hayley) for something to eat and a pint later this evening. This will set us up for another long day tomorrow as we make our way to Stoke Bruerne. We are both feeling pretty good, I am pleased with my performance, my heart is holding up brilliantly! We rolled my socks down so they don't cut in as much and the foot pain I was getting has been considerably better. By Monday we will be on the home straight as it were!

Hiya, well done on completing the long walk to Milton Keynes yesterday. Glad to hear the foot pain has eased. Nice photo of the Heron. Good luck for today.
