Hey guys ! Happy sunny bank holiday Monday to yall, what is everyone’s plans for today ? Are we bbqing? We bought a new bbq yesterday and after a faulty part having to take it back get a new part and three hours trying to put it together we have now found out we need a different gas ! 😂😂😂 but not stressing it , I have done my 25 mins walk and smashed it . The sun is shining and if all else fails , I can have a pot noodle for dinner 😂😂😂 happy bank holiday everyone

Hi Notdead! I'm seeing this a bit late, I'm afraid. I've been in the Sun nearly ALL day - Love it!! Know what you mean mind, I ordered a new Swing for the Garden. Eventually, my Son did put it up for me, but what a Job he had! I wouldn't have had a clue lol!! Enjoy!! 😊😊

Hi snowflake ! I haven’t been in the sun I’m one of those people who can be in the sun twenty minutes and be bright red burnt then I get water blisters and sunstroke and even after all that I just go white again 😂😂😂 it’s pathetic , so I’ve been sitting in the shade with the dyson fan blowing on me ,,, bbq is finally up and done and once the husband is finished with his personal trainer I’ll get dinner . Hi again Notdead. Well, I have to admit, I'm paying for it a bit at the moment! I feel totally drained now lol!! Might come back around later after I have some Food and have a Bath and 'Recharged my Batteries' so to speak! Another hot day tomorrow according to the News too. I made the most of it today though because I have to go to the 'Warfarin Clinic' tomorrow.....!! Take Care 🙂 ❤ x

Well thank you very much 😊. Haven't got to go until 12 today. I think my INR Levels are going to be raised a bit - between the Ice-Cream and Lollies I ate yesterday though lol. We will wait and see 🙊🙊!!

Aww, that is VERY kind of you Alison so thanks for that. Was there quite a long time today. Quite a few waiting!! My INR had gone down a bit, just a little bit out of my Target Range so they just altered the Dosage. Got to go back next Tuesday now so there we are. That's just the way it is with Warfarin so I don't moan about it you know! 😊. Thanks again x

Oh j had corn on the cob yesterday but tonight I shall be having the steak and good old Ayrshire tatties , it will be heaven on a plate x
