Hi Dorisgirl. You really can't afford to take any chances where your Eyesight is concerned so why not check with an Optician and see what they have to say? I always find them exceptionally good! In fact, I'm going on Wednesday and have been advised by my Doctor to do so! :)

Thank you so much for your reply. I went to the opticians on Friday. She also was not much help just said it was possibly migraines and didn’t seem interested in what medication I was on. It is listed as a common side effect, which I can live with as long as I know it is not going to cause any long term damage 😊

I've had the same problem when trying to find out if something will affect my sight permanently. I have a nerve in my spine which, if I Lie in a certain position, makes my entire body vibrate including my eyes. The vibration makes the dark fluid behind the eye clump together and I have black patches all over my vision. NO one, doctor, optician, not even the hospital eye clinic has ever been able to explain it or give me advice

Maybe she was just a little bit wary of giving advice then possibly against whoever prescribed them to you or didn't know enough! Personally, I don't think there is any Tablet which doesn't give some side-effect!! There again, it may not be anything to do with the Tablets at all so, that, I'm afraid is your decision until you get an answer. I hope you do 💘

Again thank you for your replies. Qualipop I hope you can get the answers you need soon too. My GP did say if the optician couldn’t help to get back to her and she’d ask the consultant so I’ll take that route. Thank you all for taking the time to answer, really appreciate your inputs 😊😊😊

That's exactly what my Doctor said to me only I have had a good couple of blood - shot eyes recently. Whether this is related to the Warfarin I have to take for Life, I really don't know!!

Hi Dorisgirl. I agree with the others, it should certainly be mentioned. I often find my local pharmacist is as knowledgeable as anyone else. xx
