I would like to buy a hood one for home but not sure 2ich is more accurate

I recommend Omron Evolv. It also checks for irregular heartbeat.

Hello and welcome to the forum!
There is a variation between Health Authorities. The one I have is the Omron M3 Comfort. This model, or higher spec Omrons, are also carried by the district nurses and used within my GP practice.
The model I use is of the upper arm type and they are preferred to the wrist type particularly in the over 40s where some hardening of the peripheral arteries may have occurred.
If you need most accurate device, buy the old school.Electronics is far from accuracy here.
