I was prescribed this instead of Bisoprolol. I found it worked really well in treating my symptoms. Sadly I later developed a reaction to it which meant it had to be stopped and I was disappointed. It worked great and until reaction I had no side effects. Now I’m back to square one trying to find meds that will work and no luck so far. Hope it works out well for you. By the way I was prescribed it for Microvascular angina. Do you mind telling me why you are taking it?
Well iv had HA in 2019 two stents and now two days a go had drug coated balloon inserted. I was given bisoprolol at first but after few weeks I had to stop because it didn't suit me then I stayed away from beterblockers and was OK. Now maybe due to having drug coated balloon they given me.
I was prescribed Diltiazem instead of Bisoprolol (which made me depressed). I don't have any side-effects apart from some swelling of the ankles which may or may not be related. As far as I'm concerned, it's a fine drug!
