If your bloods, your heart rate , blood pressure and all other values are ok, why must you up your med dosage. ? Surely the less your putting into your body the better it is. If things were out of kilter then perhaps that would be the time to up the medication.

Just curious to know how this all works

Drugs are often titrated upwards to improve BP control, HR and EF (ejection fraction). So without details of heart conditions and medications nobody can comment from personal experience.

One example is Entresto that is titrated upwards to improve EF.
