Hi i am on the highest dose of entresto 91/103mg not had any issues with it been on it for 7 months now ... i was on ramipril 10mg but hospital changed me to entresto after i was admitted yet again to heart hospital after a high heart rate feel ok just tired all the time going in on the 30th of april to have an icd implant

Did you not feel tired on the Ramipril?Best of luck with the ICD. I'm just waiting for my 6 month check-up for mine.

No did not feel tired on ramipril but do on the entresto and thanks .. fingers crossed on your check up

My heart function is at 22%-25% it has improved slightly but by how much im not sure

HiYour story is the same as mine only in reverse. I had the icd three years ago and started on entestro Dec 2020. Am now on highest dose. Last echo 12 months ago ef was 23! eek! Echo 17/04/21 it had gone up 36 a definite improvement. Feel a lot better than I did. Good luck with your icd. I think you will notice a difference.
