Lose weight and cholesterol

I want to reduce cholesterol and lose weight. Is there any help for that

Cut out sugar. Switch to a Mediterranean diet - there is loads on the web and loads of books published. Have three meals a day or reasonable portions and don’t snack. You’ll lose weight in no time.

Try to eat whole wheat pasta and bread rather than white varieties - and cut down starchy carbs to a minimum.

Apparently oats are a good way to reduce cholesterol.

Reduce your meat intake and increase vegetables and salads. Whole grain food rather than refined carbohydrates. Exercise may help as well, even just a short walk daily.

That is easy, don't eat anything with sugar in it, stop eating bread, eat fermented milk products and protein (clean non fat meat, egg whites and a lot of fish), take omega 3 and when you feel hungry eat some vegetable that you don't like. Cut down on portion size and when you feel the urge to eat something go climb some stairs and than eat an egg white (boiled). I bet you if you only cut down completely on sugar and bread you will lose weight, but if you add fermented milk products and fish in your diet you will feel better. Eat less but more times a day, if its possible if its not than have 3 meals a day only with breakfast as the main meal and lunch and dinner as little as possible.
