So I can’t even stand up now

My heart rate was just 140bpm from just rolling over in bed and standing up. By the time I got to the toilet upstairs it was way beyond that. It was pounding so hard I couldn’t even hear anything. As usual it dropped back down to 80 pretty quickly. I wasn’t even thinking about it, I just got up to go to the toilet and BAM. This is awful. Sorry, I know I’ve done a lot of posts but I don’t even know how to process this.

Hi it’s not a nice feeling, I get a fast heart rate where it feels like my heart is quivering . My heart rate has been recorded at 160 at rest and lasting 90 seconds but the cardiologist is not concerned so this reassures me that it’s not serious. Try and not worry because that can make it worse.

Did you follow the advice given before and call 111 or 999? You need to see a doctor

I explained that it is not very helpful to go to hospital or to call 111 because no further tests can be done that I haven’t had already. I’m waiting for cardiology tests to get some answers. I won’t get any at the hospital
