Hambo sorry to hear that you are struggling. What medication are you taking ? And when was your last review ? I had similar after my six month review and GP changed the meds I was on after one month I felt same as yourself and got another review and statins and bisoprolol reduce made a huge difference. Have a word with your GP
Stay safe
Had my review at 6 months typical I didn’t feel to bad but thinking about I can only manage one thing bit of gardening or walk dogs this is my meds had trouble with Bisoprolol & Ramipril fainted same thing legs gone bad Fatigue trying to control by blood pressure which had been high Amlodipine 5mg, Ramipril 10mg,Clopidogrel75mg
Atorvastatin 40mg, Tamsulosin, Gabapenten, Tramadol, Laprazole, Cyanocominn 1mg, Folic Acid 5mg, yes I will try & speak to Gp but there not much help I sometimes think they don’t believe me I thought about telling about chest pain like a thunderbolt which effected by head blood rush it was scary
