I would discuss with my GP.
It's a bit high and your pulse quite low .As Kristin said check with your GP.
It’s difficult to get a reliable BP reading in AF. Are you on a beta blocker, this is likely to slow your heart rate which isn’t a problem if it doesn’t cause symptoms. Need to ask your GP about your systolic BP which if accurate would be high for someone on treatment.
Do get your GP to guide you. That is a low bpm. And 150/70 is not perfect. But do get the advice on how to improve things, before the situation gets serious. To reassure you a little, last week i was at a consultation for my eyecare, at the main local hospital. To my shock and horror my bp was 210/70. Its way over anything previous. Way way over. The nurse suggested i should transfer to the A&E so she spoke to the consultant, who said i didnt need to stay in hospital, but i must see my GP.
Its now down at 165/70. Not ideal. But manageable.
