I have bouts of what feel like heartburn I had 3 stents fitted last November and get warm feeling in my chest and left arm no pain do I have to take my spray for this

Ask your doctor if it is heartburn. You don't want to be using the spray if it is. If they say it's not then ask what it is and what they can do to help.
