GTN spray and stress !!!

I don’t know what it’s about having this micro vascular angina vasospastic angina , can anyone tell me if I have it right that they can come in clusters? Mine certainly do.

Probably not a good idea for ‘me’ to take our spaniel to the vets, as I needed to use the spray several times, twice each time, I’m sure it was the stress that didn’t help.

Or the vets bill !!!!!!

Or my dog being diagnosed with septic arthritis 😢

I think I can tell when it’s going to be a bad day, when I get up my chest feels heavy and a dull ache. ?

Hi Fluffybee

Emotional and mental stress along with the cold are common triggers for vasospastic angina.

We can't always control the stressors that come our way.

I am sorry to hear that your dog whom I know is so important to you is unwell.

I have clusters of chest pain and it can be a challenge to manage.

If your GTN spray works for you do not hesitate to use it.

Yes I've had a few bad days this week increasing breathlessness and chest pain made worse by getting upset and stressed

And I thought I was doing so well then back it comes to remind me

I hope you are ok though and your dog too

Pretty much exactly my experience. A rude and stroppy scaffolder (who couldn’t be bothered to read his instructions) wiped out two days for me last week. The incident was over in a couple of minutes, and was laughable really, but the consequence came very close to a ‘blue light moment’.

And best wishes for the hound too.

Hi

It’s really surprising how something like that can cause so much, I didn’t do anything for the rest of the day, completely exhausted, I’m not sure but I seem to feel more tired if I’ve used the GTN spray more ?

Good luck with a stress free weekend !!
