Sorry to read about your complicated and serious health issues. I have been asked to comment relative to my atrial fibrillation experience and the regular taking of Flecainide. I cannot comment relative to your other illnesses and the need for the sound medical advice you will need on an ongoing basis. I have had A/F since 2008 and a number of events over the years. However following two catheter ablation procedures they have now stopped and I have not needed Flecainide for over a year now. You could check with the Cardiologist if this is possible for you to consider having this procedure and at least getting Flecainide out of your health situation. However I have to continue taking Apixaban (Anti-Coagulant) and for "safety" a small dosage of Bisoprolol. Keep talking to and communicating with your Consultants/Medical Team/ Secretaries as necessary and being "politely persistent" with them - to help yourself as best you can.
