Chntral Chest Pain

I have been getting really sharp pains in the centre of my chest and back.

It's worse when I lie down. I thought it was muscular but has been going on for a while now.

Anyone else get this?

Your bio says you have had a cardiac arrest in the past. I would think it advisable to ring 111 for advice rather than try to get an answer on a forum. If they think it appropriate they can arrange and ECG, bloods and whatever else is felt advisable. Good luck.

Thank you I did call 111 a few days ago and they sent an ambulance out. I had blood pressure and ECG's done. The paramedics thought it may be muscular but it just seems to be going on a long time. I have made a doctors appointment.
