Joint pain months after "recovering" from covid-19?

Is anyone else suffering from this? Particularly in the fingers of my dominant hand. When I make a clenched fist my fingers seem to hurt. Also like someone replaced my 35 year old hand with a hand that isn't mine. The first post symptom post covid seemed to be holding water weight (edema) and and inability to sustain ny breath the way I normally could before Covid. Those went away, but I'm still having abnormal joint pain that I never had before Covid. Tylenol, Ibuprofen, nothing seems to really help. I'm doing my best to just ignore it and go about my day, but sometime I can't help but wonder if there is more going on here that I don't know about. It's been over two months since I was diagnosed and really want to feel like me again.

Hi - I'm sorry to hear you are suffering post-Covid like this. The best thing I know for the immune system and general recovery is something called BioSuperfood by BioNutrition (it is capsules) which I've taken daily for almost 2 yrs now. The UK site for it is bluedragonessentials.com where it also shows how it is produced and the science behind it. Fantastic stuff. You can contact Rob Esser who runs the site, he is very helpful giving advice on which formula to use and how to help your condition.

Also do you take Vitamin D3? - now known to be very key especially for preventing being badly affected by Covid and will help recovery I'm sure. I hope this helps, keep us updated.
