Blood brain issue

I have been reading in some posts about blood brain issue. This has played on my mind. I do not understand what it’s all about and going on the internet just makes it all worse and quite frightening. It’s enough coping with HA 3 months ago and side effects of medicines ( which are regarded with flippancy, and all that seems important is getting you onto a higher dose as possible wether or not they are causing you problems and damaging your body in some other way. It’s like the guidelines say highest dose , quicker the better, off you go)

We are told that the best outcome after HA is cardiac rehab, well we can’t get that at present, we’ve only got the exercises on line but there is no interaction with others which must be a big help,

All you read on internet is that you might survive for 5 to 8 before it happens again. Very comforting.!
