It depends on how you’ve been and results of your bloods, weight etc. Mine was pretty good. I was just told to keep taking the tablets, manage my weight and exercise by walking at least 20 minutes a day. The advice was slightly different from the cardiologist than the cardiac nurse in that she said I could swim and the nurse said I definitely could not swim.
