Breathless and feeling low

I am pending diagnosis for SVT. I have had chest xray, CT scan ecg bloods. I am taking verapamil twice a day for 9 days now. The breathlessness is beginning to worry me. I am having trouble sleeping because of it. My HR drops to 50s when sleeping. WHen I move around or shower it shoots up to 120s 130s. I have had a few episodes which cardiologist thinks is probably SVT but the weird pulse and breathlessness is getting me down. I am exhausted. Please help

Hi Cryptophasia. I’m having similar problems to you just now. I have paroxysmal SVT & POTS but my main problem at the moment is skipped heart beats. Do you get these? I get the racing heart when standing & moving as well as breathlessness so bad I have trouble talking. I’ve got a 2 week heart monitor on & an ultrasound due. Have you talked to your Dr about POTS? It can have all of these symptoms.

i haven't no but I will ask the question. I feel like I do get weird skipped beats and the talking thing yes this is me too. I am so frightened and anxious about the whole thing,

I’m exactly the same. I only have to sit up from the sofa and my heart rate is sky high. During an svt attack heart 210bpm terrified I’m going to die living alone also
