Well to update everybody i had the MRI scan today. Without contrast dye. It went well, i was a bag of nerves in such a small space but managed well, i take my hat of to the staff at the hospital. I also recieved a letter from the cardiologist. He said hes looked at the recent holter monitor results and the exercise test results. He can see extra beats at times and a heart rate of 200bpm as a maximum kn the treadmill. He said it doesn't look like they are dealing with anything serious/dangerous.
He wants to see the MRI scan first before the final report.
Fingers crossed its all good news 🙂🙂🙂

That's great to hear, well done! I am glad it is looking within normal limits for you or at least nothing serious. Did you actually say no to the gadolinium contrast dye, or was it not offered? I am just wondering how they took your 'no' as sometimes it is hard for them to hear... . I am glad you did not take the risk of having it. Very best wishes and keep us posted!
I sat there in the waiting room, the only one in my gown 🤣🤣🤣 and she stood in front of me with the medical questionnaire and said "oh, i see you've forgotten to sign the consent form for the contrast dye." I replied "No i havent." She said "So you dont want the dye? It helps to produce clearer images."
I replied "No".
Sat there and shook my head with my mask on, they do try and make you feel a little pressured to have it but easier to say no hiding behind a face mask. 😂😂
She was pretty cool though, she said Oh well it'll be quicker without it then.
I didn't like going in the machine at first, I did call out Im A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here just to lighten the mood, the two radiographers did chuckle.
Thing is those machines look so hi tech they should be able to produce amazing quality pictures without the dye.
