Burst blood vessel on Rivaroxaban

Hi, I’m taking Rivaroxaban and I’ve just noticed a purple swelling just next to my left eye, looks like a burst blood vessel. I haven’t knocked it or anything like that, I’ve just been indoors all day. Has anyone else had anything like this and is it something I should report to the doctor? I hate being on this drug and I’m terrified of getting a serious bleed. Thanks.
