Hello there. Im new here and hoped I could find similar experiences on here. I have been given Entresto to replace Losartan and I feel awful. Very high heart rate with palpitations, high blood pressure and today my pressure is low. I feel dizzy and sick, but thankfully the palps have subsided. I have h/f and paf. Just wondered if anyone has had similar experience with this medication. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. Sorry it hasnt worked for you. Its really early doors with this treatment, but feeling rather off. I may phone the heart failure nurses in the morning.
