Has anyone decided between CABG and a crush stent procedure (several stents lined back to back or one crushed so it can form a V)?

My dad had an angiogram this afternoon and the doctors are weighing these two options. I'm not familiar with these stent procedures and really worried about my dad. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi... The decision was made for me in a peer-to-peer meeting. Bearing in mind your dad's age (62) and that he is generally fit my gut feeling would be to go for CABG rather than a complicated stent procedure that may require more than one session in the catheter lab.

You also mentioned previously that your father has a stressful job. Whichever procedure he has ideally he has to reduce stress levels or even change jobs (tricky I know at his age).
