Can anyone relate to a feeling of a powerful ectopic (more than usual) a slight pain but an electric shock sensation / feeling that appears to run through one or both arms. Only lasting 2 or 3 seconds. I have experienced quite a few of these.

I'd report those feelings to the cardiologist and the GP - everyone experiences 'pain' differently (some say 'It's like a stab' others might say 'It's like an electric shock'), and it's not always cardiac - when my nerve damage from a car wreck back in the 1970s is playing up I sometimes have 'electric shock' sensations up my left arm, it's quite like that weird feeling we get when we smack our 'funny bone' (elbow) so not always cardiac and not always easy to differentiate.
Only the medics will know for sure. Please update, I'm quite curious to know what it turns out to be for you.
Yes will do on my next big consultation on 4th September. I see it was hotter down south than in Singapore where I live. Unprecedented temperatures reaching mid 30's. Take good care and avoid COVID.
I live in NE Scotland so we've been a bit cooler than Down South - still 'uncomfortable' up here, though, enough so that I've had the floor fans and dehumidifiers running and have needed my GTN spray at least once a day the past several days.
Please update after you see the consultant next month - hopefully by then whatever it is will have resolved on its own without complication but still worth mentioning just in case.
