They’re doing studies on how the brain affects blood pressure ; ‘the greedy brain ‘ is how they’ve described it. I can’t remember enough of the article to describes here but worth googling! Thanks for replies, all helpful. Also check out Swiss company Aktiia and their blood pressure wrist band that’s awaiting approval in Europe and USA.

Although it's not the answer to everything, I believe that what goes on in our brain has an enormous effect on our physical health - we still have an awful lot to learn on that subject.
