Totally agree. Are you taking medication to control your HR ? My resting rate is around 50/60 but I on bisoprolol for this. Better getting checked out
Hi Thatwasunexpected the stent was fitted after a heart attack and was done 6 mths ago , as for fitness levels I'm sort of middling way, not couch potato but not super athlete, i can go for a couple of miles walk . Thank you.
