It throbs all the time in the day and have noticed now it’s quite swollen and warm but thank you.
Report this new symptom to your GP or the cardiologist - it could indeed be related to your angina (could be any related condition from 'favouring' the painful side of your chest thus putting a bit of extra weight on the knee to auto-immune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis) but if the medics don't know about it, they can't evaluate its correlation to your angina.
