I have throbbing at the back and side of my left knee. I have angina and am waiting for an Angiogram. Has anyone else had this. Thank you.

It throbs all the time in the day and have noticed now it’s quite swollen and warm but thank you.

Report this new symptom to your GP or the cardiologist - it could indeed be related to your angina (could be any related condition from 'favouring' the painful side of your chest thus putting a bit of extra weight on the knee to auto-immune conditions like rheumatoid arthritis) but if the medics don't know about it, they can't evaluate its correlation to your angina.

Thank you. Will speak to the Cardiologist. Still waiting for Angiogram so hope that will reveal all.
