Ectopic beats becoming increasingly uncomfortable

Hi, I have inappropriate sinus tachycardia and take 120g Diltiazem twice a day, I also have ectopic beats (pvc and the other one can’t recall the name) not frequently as some sufferers and I’m aware they are usually harmless and more a nuisance. Mine are however becoming painful on occasion and sometimes strong in a run and take my breath away for a couple of seconds, I just wondered if this is a typical pattern for suffers or something I should take more notice of. I’ve been aware of them for nearly 2 years, had the painful ones the last 6 months been on meds for just over a year now.

Thank you
