Does anyone have a home circuits plan of exercise for a post bypass patient of 6 weeks as I want to increase my exercise from just walking?

My front room circuit: Time one minute on each station:

1. March on spot

2. Sit on hard chair and stand up/sit down repeatedly (do not use hands to lever yourself up - cross hands over chest to prevent you using them)

3. Pedal (bought pedal set from Lidl approx £20)

4. Resistance band (big rubber strip again cheap from supermarket) use for exercising arms

5. March on spot, swing arms

6. Balance on wobble board (Amazon)

7. Arm curls using 1kg dumb bells (or use tins from your cupboard) Dumb bells from cheap supermarket

8. Hula hoop. supermarket buy again.

9. Gentle march on spot

On bad days I do 10 minutes - good days 30. Built up the equipment over a year - don;t know if this is any help to you. I suggest you start with 1,2 and 7 only. Nice gentle introduction and you could aim for 6 minutes......
