Returning to work

I’m finding it really odd that drs and cardiologists are saying that even people with healthy hearts that have this virus are ending up with heart damage, yet we are vulnerable but not extremely! I’ve been ordered back to work and although I know I’m vulnerable with ARVC and a subsequent icd fitted my dr says I’m not on any list so there’s nothing I can do but return. I work in a nursery and Social distancing in my position will be pretty much impossible yet I have to return just don’t make sense and there is no clear advice for us vulnerable because we didn’t get a letter. Are we being hung out to dry so to speak

Hi, I also work in our local authority Early Years Class attached to the school in Scotland. I did not get a letter from my GP and I have Asthma. Since lockdown I now have suspected Angina. All tests clear at local hospitals, on meds as a precaution until an Angiogram appointment comes through. Yesterday we were informed staff due back in our building in 2 weeks time without children. Children start on 11 August. Although I did not have a GP letter I was classed as vulnerable so I did not need to go onto our Hub school list during lockdown. Last night our HT messaged to say we are having a home link meeting on Tuesday to discuss arrangements. I can keep you posted.
