Covid letter
You need to contact your GP to see if you can be added to the list.
I rang they gave e me a link , heart condition isnt on there at all
I think the reason why your not on a list is because as you say Heart Conditions are not on the list unless you have had a transplant.
Personal view is that there are to many people with Heart Problems for the Government Advisors to say List them !!
I know of a couple of Heart Failure Charities that have tried to press for Heart Failure to be listed but it has been turned down. No doubt by someone who hasn't got it !!
I bet you are employed by a Private Operated Care Home if it was Council I don't think you would have a problem !!!
Stay as Safe as you Can
Who has said you are " higher risk" and is that for catching it or severe reaction if you do catch it ? As far as I'm aware the people considered "extremely vulnerable" and on the list are at risk of severe problems if they catch it not because they are more likely to catch it.
I had 3 letters and 2 phone calls yet I don't have any of the conditions actually on "the list" however I do have afib, pacemaker and autoimmune diseases so the NHS has decided I must shield 🤷♀️
If your GP isn't able to help I'm not sure how you would get the letter.
I email the heartfoundaton advice and they said I'm in the high risk cat , not high risk of getting it but high risk of having it more severe

Information here says cardiomyopathy isn't considered high risk unless pregnant but you should follow government guidelines, lots to read but may help you.
