Is anyone else on Carvedilol? Could you tell me if you have constipation as a side effect please

I take Carvedilol I have not had any noticeable problems

I do get constipated anyway due to taking codeine as I have spinal stenosis and need the.m for the pain

Perhaps speak to GP

The constipation could be caused something else

Carvidelol is a magical drug reducing BP and stress on heart by blocking adrenaline (Hence it's a beta blocker) It has no bearing with constipation. Add some extra fibre rich veg/fruits & if you aren't under fluid restriction hydrate more to relieve constipation
