Covid-19 not sure now which tick box i fall into ??

Im 49, Heart Disease, Microvascular Angina and Type 2 Diabetes.

I did fall into a category then it was changed to High Risk.

Im not going to food shops or chemist for my many drugs, but....

1. With social distancing can I walk my dog ?

2.Where on a website will it confirm what I should do so I have evidence for my work.

Many thanks

Hi SharronD

Here's the NHS advice , if you look at social distancing, the section headed, Looking after your mental wellbeing covers going out walking.

Work is a difficult one, but basically you should keep 2 metres between you and your co-workers.

Hi

I am 61 and in a similar position with type 2 and an AVR and double by-pass

Going for meds is a must for me

Walking for an hour is also a must BUT keep my distance

Am working from home

If I couldn't do that then I would be self isolating for 12 wks as per Gov instructions

I would speak to your employer about work

Hope this helps

Stay safe and well

HI Like your other replies I should walk the dog keeping social distancing, if you need to shop also strict social distancing and hand washing. Can you work from home? If not I would talk to my manager as if it were me I would not want to be going into work.I really wish you well and to take care. It is so good that we can get together on this forum.
