COVID-19 NHSworker... advice needed

I have mild to moderate regurgitation due to mitral valve prolapse, but live a normal healthy life... any advice? I’m an NHS worker am I at increased risk, should I be in work or not? Employer not giving advice 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈 Has anyone else had advice about this??? Xxxx
