High blood pressure and being a key worker
That's a tricky one to answer definitively.I have high bp so I asked my GP about it.I was told follow the same guidelines as everyone else but more stringent.Perhaps you could try emailing your GP?

The Government has just announced that home testing kits will be available very soon or you may be able to go to Boots for a fingerprick test once it comes out. Initially only for key workers to see if you've already had it and are safe to go back to work. They just need to make sure it does work properly first. Ask you doctor if it's safe to work. Your bosses should have a system in place too.
DR Hilary and other doctors are against this testing kit . Some doctors say they are unreliable and have NOT been tested properly and will NOT give accurate results. Dr Hilary said that the test should be done in a medical facility . The test also does not state if you have had Coronavirus and therefore you don’t know if you have antibodies , so that you won’t catch it again . You could test negative and the next day catch it from someone. The government just want people to get back to work .They don’t care about people’s health. And when people do get Coronavirus , they don’t want to treat them !
Btw My friend got an email for this test for when it’s available and it costs £148!
I strongly suspect that email was a scam. The test is going to be free. I have seen a lot of reports from America saying the test they are using is flowed but that's a nasal swab which is easily contaminated and yes it should be done in a medical facility. The one talked about here is a finger prick test and a drop of blood. which tests for coronavirus antibodies. Not the specific Covid 19 but any corona virus. I shall wait and see. And yes you could catch it next day but it could prove that you have had it and are therefore safe to go back to work
