What are you doing to exercise if you can’t get out
I had the foresight to get a treadmill for Christmas, it's saving my sanity today!

Both my Tai Chi and yoga classes are going to be run by my teachers on zoom.
I am doing lots of stretching catching cobwebs on the ceilings. On all fours wiping the shirting boards. Moping the floors.

I've been 'social distancing' since March 2019 and the only change this all is making to my exercise routine is the twice daily walk - I am now down to one walk per day and only around my 'block' (the row of terraces that front my goat track). Ten times around is one mile and yes it is bl--dy boring! The few neighbours I have seen the past few days have been very careful to maintain a proper distance to the point of crossing the road when they see me coming.
I have the full set of Coleen Nolan dancercise DVDs, free weights, resistance bands, and the most absurd 'half-bike' contraption best known as a 'granny bike' - set it on the floor and pedal with feet whilst perched on a chair, put it on the dinner table and pedal with arms. The tension is adjustable so there is that, and if I'm honest, it's not a completely bad work-out.
But. I miss my rowing machine and I REALLY miss my elliptical! The cardiologist is glad I re-homed those when we downsized in 2018 but I am not and I'll sob for years at having to give those up!
