I've just signed up for goodsam as I'm stuck at home and love to chat, so I can volunteer to chat with people that are not used to be isolated. I have lived on my own for 30 years my choice. But I love chatting on the phone, it was my job selling on the phone with chamber of commerce. So if you like chatting on the phone then why not volunteer, they also need people with there own car. Have a great day. My little dog guarding the garden, she is so funny. Her serious face, she is the most lovable she lick you to death, but anyone comes near my bungalow and there not family she goes mad.

BUMP - yes, I'm shouting! We Hearties, many of us, are in the high-risk shielding group and the rest of us are in the slightly lower-risk vulnerable group - but no matter which group we're in, we have a growing sense of frustration at not being able to do more than 'Stay Home - Save Lives!' when we want to be more active in the fight.

And I can't think of any better way than being a GoodSam phone volunteer - I'm losing my voice to Essential Tremor but anyone with a phone and a decent speaking voice could be a part of this.

Well done you, Maggieace, and your dog is a bonnie wee lass - is she a Cairn, or a mix with Cairn? My Dad used to say Cairns are the little dog who think they're big.

Oh she thinks she big, she is across between shu and Yorkshire terrier, thought she could catch the pheasant, it sat on the roof looking at her. On a different subject spoke to my doctor today, he said that even with my heart condition and other health issue, I don't fit into the high risk. He rang because my carers cant come to the bungalow as the fear they will bring in cov19.

If you're not in the high-risk group, will he be able to get your carers back in for you?

Shu-Yorkshire cross, she's beautiful, great face and love her thinking she could catch a pheasant!
