I have Heart failure and ckd do I have to self isolate

The NHS has recommended that those people who are extremely vulnerable should self isolate for 12 weeks.

For the rest of us we should adopt Social Distancing

I don't know, not medically trained and don't have access to your medical records. If you are in the group who are classed as extremely vulnerable, you will get a letter or a message from the NHS by 29th March.

Heart Failure is mentioned in the Social Distancing group, but not specifically in the extremely vulnerable group
