Confused

Im so confused & feeling quite stressed, i work for a supermarket so on the frontline if you like. I have asthma, high blood pressure & waiting to see consultant as i may have vascular problems in my legs & can hardly walk so this as far as i can tell makes me vulnerable but then when i read advice, it then says if you think you are vulnerable just take extra precautions. It just seems to be contradictive to me. Any certain advice would be grateful.

Thankyou for reply but does that mean i need to ring work & tell them i wont be in for the next 12wks or do i just go to work tomorrow as normal & hope for the best. Thats what im not clear about & if i do stay off who do i contact for proof of my condition for work as cant contact G.P. & only supposed to ring 111 if you have symptoms.

Spoke to my boss, its only if you have chronic asthma. High blood pressure isnt an issue apparently.
