Hi everyone😎 I am a young 57 year old with heart disease. My heart attack was in 2001aged 39. Really frightened for the first 2 years but recovered. Went to university at 47 and graduated as a youth worker. New lease of life. What I am trying to say is heart disease doesn't stop you enjoying life again

Thanks for this post. It will have given hope to lots of people on this forum...I know it has me - I reached my six month anniversary on Thursday and very much still in the scaredy-cat phase!! 🐱

That stage will go honestly. Every time your down think about me .nearly 20 years down the line. I still have a good drink and get on the dance floor 😂😎I know it's hard but once conquered anxiety will be a distant memory
