I'm 43 years old and 4 6rars ago diagnosed with cardiomyopathy after blood clot in my heart damaged pump. My ef was 15 it's now 45, I take carvedilol candesarten and apixaban twice daily. Past week when I'm laid in bed going to sleep I keep having to sit up to catch my breath I feel like I'm suffocating. Do I isolate?

I also have cardiomyopathy and although my EF is in a good range, I sometimes get fluid buildup and have to take Lasix. I would definitely suggest you contact your doctor for the best advice. Hope you get some relief!🕊️
