First the good news "revascularisation not indicated" means there is no significant narrowing of the main arteries that needs treating by stent.

"No reversible ischaemia" means just that. A heart attack may cause damage to the heart muscle. In some cases the heart may recover but in others it does not fully and this may lead to heart failure. Your second set of comments indicate this. However, the good news here is you are asymptomatic (as I remember). The main thing is to follow your cardiologist's advice so your EF remains stable or improves. They can advise you on exercise. With the correct balance of medication, diet and exercise your condition could remain stable for decades. The only other one I would add is avoid stressing and Dr Google. There is a lot of misinformation out there particularly related to EF/HF!
