3rd Day on Entresto

Today is my 3rd day on Entresto. I am amazed at how quickly it works! The day before taking it for the first time my BP was 113/70 with a pulse of 75. Within an hour of taking the first tablet it had fallen to 103/67 with a pulse of 67!

My breathing was almost instantly better and I found myself to have slightly more energy. Believe to or not, my eye sight seems better and so does my concentration. Although I have seemed to run out of energy towards the end of the day.

Yesterday morning my BP was 100/64 with a pulse of 70 and yesterday evening, before the second daily tablet, it was 97/68 with a pulse of 73. Whilst this is great, it has happened so quickly that I haven't had a chance to adjust yet.

It isn't all good yet though. So far, both evenings I have had a terribly upset stomach. I have also struggled to get to sleep and have been fidgety all day. My legs feel heavy and my arms feel weak. I also woke up several times in the night with painful and stiff hands, which wasn't nice. I also don't seem to dream?

I have read lots of positive and negative things about Entresto and I was concerned. On the whole - I feel very positive. Fingers crossed eh?

Sounds really positive, Entresto is the best available Medication for Heart Failure.

For me Entresto didn't do very much, but I have met other people at the Heart Clinic who have had excellent results from Entresto. I am fortunate that I don't have any problems with side effects from my Meds

Entresto did change my Heart Beats, and almost eliminated Ectopic Beats
