Because I got delayed yesterday I did not get everything I needed and had to pop to the corner shop this morning. The sun was shining, for some reason not many cars were about and my breath was condensing in the freezing air. In the shop there was a smell of freshly baked croissants drifting out - boy I was tempted (might give in at the weekend). Came home and had porridge with some raspberries, washed down with a steaming cuppa. 😁

😃 Happy the sun is shining and it feels like Spring is finally here! I’ve got my echocardiogram this afternoon which I’m sure will bring positive results

My sister’s on holiday for a few days so she asked me to look in and check on her cat. I was dreading it as the cat is very old and is prone to leaving little presents. I’ve looked after her in the past with medication and vet visits so was a little apprehensive. She was lovely and welcoming. No presents left and no yowling. Was a pleasure to check on the little darling. The neighbours weren’t chuffed because, as usual, I set off the alarm. New house new alarm, new code and arthritic fingers. Oh well I never said I was perfect. 😼

I'm sat in my windowless office counting down the hours till 5pm. On the bright side... it's hump day and we're nearly on the downhill stretch to the weekend!!

Went out at midday and within 15 minutes it started raining. ☹️ By three pouring and so it remains... ☹️ ☹️

Woke up this morning to a light frost, but we have had the loveliest day bright sunshine all day, maybe Spring isn’t too far away? Wouldn’t that be nice!

Not good today.

Recovery going well from heartattack. Still having cardiac physio. Started back to work couple weeks. Everything going well then 3 steps back. Found out yesterday place of work for last 36 years closing.

Just knocks you right back.

Sorry to hear that Nicin. That can be very difficult to deal with. Maybe you need to think of doing something else. Just concentrate and getting yourself well.
